The Outputs from Using The Halo Process

At the end of the research stage, we will provide you with a written report of the main findings for each survey that has taken place.  This will include detailed narrative and illustrative charts, plus a revealing insight that will help you facilitate any changes within the organisation.

The report and associated workshop style presentation will include stepping stones that help you take your organisation in the right direction. These will also act as clear signposts that will let you know how you are progressing along the way.  

If you also use Halo Online, our on-line survey tool, you will also have access to our universe benchmarking data that will explain where your Halo scores fit with those of other organisations.
