Welcome to The Halo Works, a highly successful and internationally recognised research agency with an impressive track record of assisting large corporate companies and SME’s enhance their brand, whilst embracing the importance of benefits and outcomes within the organisation.
Formed in 1994, everyone who works at The Halo Works is a dedicated professional with ‘client side’ experience. We realise the challenges and requirements of business and immerse ourselves in our clients needs, becoming part of their whole journey and experience.
We love businesses and organisations; our aim is to help the people in them to be the best that they can. We are passionate about service - all of us come from a services background – and we are dead nosey about what makes people tick, always having just one more question to ask in order to obtain that crucial answer and ultimate solution.
At The Halo Works, we offer full service research, recruiting and conducting focus groups, telephone interviewing, on street and face-to-face interviewing, as well as on-line surveys. We also look at new ways of investigative marketing, such as our own unique in-house research application called The Halo Process. The concept includes an on-line survey measurement tool, Halo Online, allowing access to universe benchmarking data. The Halo Process™, developed by director Alison Bond, uses cutting edge techniques to identify and measure the benefits and outcomes that an organisation delivers.
